This single malt from the Benrinnes distillery, a 'partially' triple-distilled Speysider, was bottled at 15 years for the Flora and Fauna series. On the nose, it presents slightly doughy toffee chip biscuits with floral notes. The palate is rounded with good sweetness and a hint of peat. The finish reveals barley, biscuity flavours, and a slightly drying sensation.
