Specialising in cask finishing, GlenAllachie and master distiller Billy Walker have showcased their expertise with this Scotch whisky. Initially matured in American oak bourbon casks, it was subsequently finished in wine barriques that previously held Port. The flavours of the Duoro Valley are evident, with warming spice and decadent dried fruit notes.
